Rooted · Product overview

Build an organic-growth system around real customer demand.

Rooted is being designed to turn customer needs and your approved business facts into a plan, reviewed content and a next step. WordPress drafts and Google Search Console data are the first integration focus.

Rooted is in development. Interface views and workflow states on this site are illustrative, not customer results.

The Rooted growth loop

Keep the work connected.

Follow each opportunity from its sources to a reviewed draft. Your team approves the brief, checks the content and chooses what happens next.

  1. Discover the useful opportunity

Relate approved business context, the WordPress inventory, planned site-readiness checks and Search Console evidence to demand patterns and coverage gaps worth examining.

  2. Plan the connected journey

Map the target page, related coverage, sources and useful internal-link routes, then require a person to approve the brief before drafting starts.

  3. Create a useful first draft

Prepare editable page and FAQ sections from the approved plan, business context and traceable sources.

  4. Review and approve

Keep factual claims, usefulness, brand voice, revisions and the publishing destination visible for an accountable human decision.

  5. Publish through a controlled hand-off

After content approval, prepare metadata and internal-link suggestions, then end the connected hand-off as a WordPress draft rather than a live page.

  6. Engage, manually first

Later modules may prepare social adaptations, audience questions and suggested replies while a person decides what to use and publish.

  7. Improve through the next decision

Turn measured signals into a reviewable recommendation to update, expand, create a follow-up or stop investing in the topic.

Control and transparency

Understand what the system is doing.

The planned workspace keeps sources, revisions and approvals beside the work, so your team can see why a change was suggested and who approved it.

Planned CRM integration

A simpler connection to the tools you use.

The goal is guided setup that lets you use selected, approved CRM context in Rooted while your team keeps managing customer relationships in its existing system.

The proposed setup would explain which workspace is connected, what information is shared and how to withdraw access. You would choose the information Rooted can use.

Contact data would require a separately agreed purpose, permissions and retention period. Changing customer records, enrolling contacts in campaigns and sending messages are outside the default connection plan.

CRM connections are not available yet. HubSpot is a candidate for approved CRM context, with other providers still to be evaluated. Supported fields and setup details will depend on each connector. WordPress and Google Search Console come first.
